So What’s it all abaaaaht I hear you scream ??
Well, myself and Sandra have decided to get away from it all and go see what lies beyond this tiny island (the UK)… well OK, that’s my reason.
I’m not really well travelled you see and, after working hard for a number of years (ahem), it seems like a good thing to do. I guess more so now, what with the impending recession, non stop doom and gloom in the media and dare I say it, my beloved Tottenham Hotspur!
I’m thinking we all need to take a long, well earned break and hopefully when we get back refreshed with tales aplenty, myself and the mighty Spuds Spurs can get re-aquainted - and hopefully not in the championship (no offence to any championship sides intended).
So, the adventure starts on the 2nd December 2008 and this blog will hopefully be a point of contact for our friends and family of where and what we’re getting up to. Hopefully it will also act as a keepsake for ourselves and a nice memoir for us both to enjoy when we finally get back!
We don’t just want to travel the world, we want to experience it, so we’re definitely open to any suggestions, help and input from anyone out there who cares!
